Dear Amy,

I would like to thank you personally for your efforts. I received the dress just this last Thursday November, 3rd as the courier you used dropped it to be collected at the Post Office in the city the week before.

I tried on three occasions to collect it but I was unable to due to the long lines. This is why I was worried about the dress coming into the country as these setbacks with customs and delivery times are a very high possibility. I obviously was unable to use it again but I am sure I will find another occasion very soon with the holidays coming up.

Anyway, I thank you again for the courtesy you extended. Although, our order had its problems, I thank you for your understanding and I must admit the customer service you extended to me made it all better.

I have recommended you and your company to a few friends :)

Many of my work colleagues had a look at my daughters dress when I unwrapped it and they are all very surprised at the quality as many people are afraid to purchase online due to the stories of dresses arriving from asian countries being poor quality and not what was ordered.

I absolutely love, love, love the Taylor Swift design dress in purple. It is sensational and I feel so glamorous in it when I try it on for alterations for shortening the front hemline and will be leaving the back long with the ruffle train. I am the mother of the bride so will be wearing that dress with the fabulous Jovani purple stillettos at the end of July- I think they were called nightshade or something like that - can't remember at the moment but they are fabulous. Thank you so much for making my dream come true. I have never owned an incredible dress and shoes like these ones. Sooooooooooo impressed, especially with the service, prices and fast delivery. I look forward to ordering more dresses and shoes in the future. I had a hard time choosing between red or purple. I would love to get the red one in the near future but it probably won't be available then but will take my chances. Plus the red Jovani shoes would be perfect.

We cannot speak highly enough about MackTak Mart. Not only are their selection and pricing amazing, but their friendly and helpful customer service is of a caliber that is extremely rare these days. Though we had not previously heard of the company before, their published policies (as well as the very kind live person we spoke with) made us feel very comfortable doing business with them for the first time. We were on a tight deadline and needed a particular dress in time for a video shoot. Though we were already behind schedule, the courteous staff at Macktak Mart went out of their way to ensure we had the dress in time. When the dress arrived, we were concerned when we realized that it was slightly larger than we expected. (Our fault, not theirs.) We immediately contacted Macktak Mart and they literally moved heaven and earth to get us a smaller size. The dress arrived just in time and was absolutely GORGEOUS! We would not hesitate at all doing business with Macktak Mart in the future. In fact, we plan on being repeat customers. Beautiful dress, great service

I looked for this dress from several different online retailers and no one had the right size in stock or a return policy I could use if the dress ended up being too big. Well, MackTak didn't have exactly the right size either, but they had one size up and offered to do the alterations for free!
The dress looks gorgeous and now it'll fit perfectly too... very satisfied.
